• Brighton and Hove City Council has been a client since 1998. Projects have included consulting residents on council budgets and council tax, leadership options for council members, BME and equalities in housing, health and council employment, LGBT issues, waste and recycling, communication, transport, road safety, libraries, information and museum services. I have also consulted BHCC staff about the council as an employer and run workshops to develop strategies for the future.

• East Sussex County Council has been a client since 2001. Projects have included council budgets and council tax, leadership options for council members, transport, communication, recycling and library services.

• GL Assessment ( previously nferNelson ), part of the Granada Learning group has been a client since 1994. They are a major publisher of psychometric tests for education (e.g. 11+ and CAT), health and social care. Projects have involved interviews and focus groups of all types of teachers, health professionals, pupils and parents.
